Welcome! I work here as an orthodontic assistant. I’ve been working with Dr. Ross the past 17 years and have more than 30 years in the dental field! The best part of my job is working with patients, and seeing the results after treatment. Their proud new smiles always make my day! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going up north, working in my garden and going to the movies.

Hi, I’m Christine. I am an orthodontic dental assistant, and I help perform chairside orthodontic procedures such as braces, Invisalign, clear aligners, retainers and patient education. I’ve been a dental assistant for more than 20 years, and have been working with Dr. Ross for nine years and counting. I love to make people smile! My favorite part of my job is seeing the results and changing smiles. I also like to educate the patients and parents, giving them an understanding of what we are doing. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my daughter. I like biking, working out, shopping and entertaining at my house.

Hello, it’s nice to meet you! My favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant here is placing the braces on patients, because they are always surprised how easy it is to get them on! I love working for Dr. Ross because she is very personable and cares about her patients' concerns. She gives patients multiple ways of achieving their goals with the highest quality care! I enjoy going to the movie theater and hanging out with my friends and family.

Hi, I’m Jennifer, and I'm an orthodontic assistant. I help our doctors with chairside treatments, and also help in the lab. I’ve been working at Family Orthodontics for 12 years, and have 20 years experience in the orthodontic field. I love getting to know our patients one on one throughout their orthodontic experience. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs, and also learning Spanish.

Hello there! I work at the front desk answering phones, making appointments and helping patients. I have worked eight years at Family Orthodontics, and I love it here! My favorite part of my job is interacting with the patients and their families. They are really special people and I enjoy getting to know them on a personal basis. I have a husband, four children and a dog. I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to Mexico.

As the office manager, I’m in charge of financial contracts, helping patients with their dental insurance, and scheduling appointments. I’m proud to say I’ve been working here for 18 years, and love being a part of such a great team! Our doctors truly care about our patients, and always treat them like part of the family. I have a husband, two kids and a dog. In my spare time, I like to work out or provide a taxi service for my kids.

I work in the business office here at Family Orthodontics. My duties include answering the phone, scheduling, payments, scanning, office flow and everything in between! I have more than 10 years of experience working here, and I love it! My favorite part of my job is definitely working with all of the nice patients and their families. I like working with Dr. Ross to make smiles even more beautiful! The expressions on patients’ faces upon completion of treatment are priceless! At home, I have a husband and two children, plus two bengal cats. I enjoy spending time with my family and going up north to our seasonal campsite.
