“Orthodontics is the best profession out there, hands down! Where else can you contribute to people’s lives, and have them contribute to yours just as equally? It is so rewarding to see the confidence bestowed in my patients when they see their new smile!” – Dr. Angela Ross
- Doctor of Dental Medicine, Boston University
- Specialty Residency in Orthodontics, Boston University
- Board Certified Orthodontist by the American Board of Orthodontics, St. Louis
Dr. Angela Ross is constantly continuing her education by taking classes in conventional braces and Invisalign. Orthodontics is an ever-changing field with new techniques, new approaches, and new materials. As a part of her continuing education, Dr. Ross recently completed a full day course on Laser Applications for Orthodontists. She has also taken specialty courses on Temporary Anchorage Devices (T.A.D.S.) and currently utilizes them in our practice. Last Fall, she spent three days at the National Invisalign Summit reviewing new techniques and advances with Invisalign, especially for Elite Providers. Family Orthodontics is proud to be one of only a few Elite Providers in the state of Minnesota!
“After opening my practice over 25 years ago, I am still excited to come to work every day. My profession is a combination of biomechanics and art. The result is the unique ability to create beautiful smiles and improve self-esteem for patients of any age. I appreciate that my patients genuinely feel that the quality of their lives has been improved, both physically and emotionally, after going through orthodontic treatment.” – Dr. Angela Ross
Dr. Ross is originally from Summit, NJ, but has called Wayzata, MN her home since 1986. She and her husband have three children and a golden retriever. When Dr. Ross is not in the office, you can find her skiing, snowboarding, biking, running and traveling. Most of all, though, Dr. Ross enjoys spending time with her family.
Dr. Ross also enjoys philanthropy. She donates her time at Breck School, she’s an orthodontic mentor for undergraduate dental students, and she’s a hospice volunteer.
“I think it is important to help those in need, and I enjoy donating my time and energy to our wonderful community.” – Dr. Angela Ross
