Dr. Rosemary Lelich is passionate about orthodontics and about helping people change their smiles and their lives. She is always working to expand her orthodontic knowledge and to stay up-to-date with the latest research and technology. She is certified and has extensive experience with Invisalign. She leads a peer study group with Spear Education and currently serves as the Education Chair on the Minnesota Board of Orthodontics.
Dr. Lelich is a proud Minnesotan. After attending Breck School for 11 years, she moved to Philadelphia for undergrad at the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, she double majored in Biological Basis of Behavior and Spanish and was fortunate to study in Barcelona for 6 months at La Universidad de Pompeu Fabra. Before dental school, Dr. Lelich lived in Washington, D.C., where she worked for a non-profit organization before returning to Penn to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. She was thrilled to return to Minneapolis to attend residency at the University of Minnesota. During her specialty training, Dr. Lelich completed her Master’s Thesis in Bone Biology.
Dr. Lelich enjoys traveling and forming international connections. She has participated in dental exchange programs in Colombia, Taiwan, and Spain. She is also actively involved in her local community through volunteer work and enjoys activities such as yoga, golf, theater, and spending time with her family.

Ariana, Licensed Dental Assistant
I began my career at Family Orthodontics in 2013 and have loved every minute. There is nothing more rewarding than helping people achieve the smile they have always wanted. I currently live in the southwest suburbs, but I grew up in Blaine, MN. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 children. We love camping and year-round fishing. I look forward to meeting you and seeing your smile transform!
Amber, Treatment Coordinator
I began my career in Orthodontics in 2017 and have been working as the Treatment Coordinator at Family Orthodontics since 2021! I love my job and being able to help patients get started on their Orthodontic journey! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my Fiancé, our two children, and cheering them on in Football, Basketball, and Volleyball. Along with being a diehard Vikings Fan! I look forward to meeting you!
Geneva, Dental Assistant
I joined the Family Orthodontics team in 2025 with 10 years of orthodontic experience under my belt. I love watching and being a part of the smile transformation for patients of all ages – building relationships with families as siblings (and parents!) come through our doors is one of my favorite things! When I’m not straightening teeth, I enjoy weekend adventures with my husband, two daughters, and our dog! I also LOVE to read – so if you know of a good psychological thriller, let me know! I can’t wait to meet you and watch your smile become the one you’ve always dreamed of!

I joined the Family Orthodontics team in 2020, when we moved to the area from North Dakota. You can find me at the front desk, greeting and helping patients. From the moment you arrive, I hope to make you feel welcome and valued, because you are! We want your treatment to be a relaxed and positive experience.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, baking, yoga, long walks with my dog Toby, discovering new coffee shops and restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family.
Caitlin, Licensed Dental Assistant
I started at Family Orthodontics in September 2015! The staff has been great, and meeting our patients, both young and old, has been very rewarding and fun. I graduated from college in 2013 and have been working in orthodontics for three years. It’s definitely my favorite dental specialty, no doubt about it. For fun, I like to cheer on the Minnesota Wild hockey team!!
Nina, Dental Assistant
I joined Family Orthodontics just over 2 years ago after transitioning out of my previous career in social work. I’ve had the opportunity to apply my passion for people in the best way possible – by making people feel welcomed and comfortable! Right now, I am finalizing my plans to continue my education to become an assistant, so I can work with patients 1 on 1, which I am so excited about!
Outside of this office, I am a Diet Coke connoisseur, a newlywed, music lover, horror movie fanatic, tattoo collector, and fur mama to the cutest dog named Finn!
Shelli, Office Manager
As the office manager, I’m in charge of financial contracts, helping patients with their dental insurance, and scheduling appointments. I’m proud to say I’ve been working at Family Orthodontics since 1997 and I love being a part of such a great team! Our doctors truly care about our patients, and always treat them like part of the family. In my spare time, I like to work out and spend time with my husband and our two kids.
Julie, Office Administrator
I work at the front desk answering phones, making appointments, and helping patients. I have worked at Family Orthodontics since 2006, and I love it here! My favorite part of my job is interacting with our patients and their families. All of our patients are special to me and I enjoy getting to know them on a personal basis. My husband and I have four children and a dog. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling to Mexico.

I’ve been working as a patient coordinator at Family Orthodontics since June 2024. I’m dedicated to delivering a seamless and positive experience for every patient. From managing schedules to ensuring clear communication, I strive to make each interaction efficient, friendly, and professional, all while maintaining a welcoming environment. When not coordinating smiles at work, I enjoy trying new restaurants, indulging in good music, and going on weekend adventures.

I joined Family Orthodontics in 2025, and I have loved every day here! I am working on becoming licensed as a dental assistant, and feel so fortunate to already be part of such a wonderful ortho team.
I’m a proud auntie, and I love cooking, baking, and making plant arrangements! I’m also always ready for any outdoor or travel adventure!
